Trainer: Ms. Una Zečić

Project manager - founder and chairperson of SuperU NGO

After graduating modern Greek language and literature from Faculty of Philology, University of Belgrade, Una Zečić completed postgraduate studies in Athens where she received MA degree in Southeast European Studies, Faculty of Political Science and Public Administration at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.  From 2014, she has run foreign language courses in Bratunac and Srebrenica, and from 2015 – 2017 she worked as an English interpreter in Liaison and Observaton Team Bratunac within EUFOR mission in BiH.

In 2017, she founded SuperU NGO where as the chairperson works on implementation of goals and objectives of the association. In SuperU, Una Zečić organizes courses of English and German language but also prepares plays in English to motivate children for learning languages but also to get the public interested for cultural activities and language learning.

Una Zečić currently works as a project manager of SuperU NGOs projects:

„Teens for sustainable peace“ (September 2018 – May 2019) financed by the U.S. Embassy in BiH

„American drama corner Bratunac“ (September 2018 – January 2019) financed by the U.S. Embassy in BiH

„Empowered youth – strong community“ (September 2019 – February 2020) financed by the U.S. Embassy in BiH

„Ro-K-ultura Bratunac – Rock culture for the youngest ones“ (September 2019 – December 2019) financed by the Municipality of Bratunac


Trainer: Ms. Branka Đokić

English language teacher of SuperU courses and associate on the projects.

Branka Đokić – English language and literature teacher, graduated English language and literature from University of East Sarajevo. After BA studies, Branka Đokić started teaching English in kindergarten „Radost“ Bratunac. The same year, in 2014 she volunteered in Women’s Association „Maja“ Kravica where she worked on the translation of a project and taught primary school „Petar Kočić“ students in Kravica. In May 2017, she started internship in primary school “Vuk Karadžić” and the next year she passed license exam. In September 2018, Branka Đokić has started working in SuperU NGO in Bratunac as an English teacher on the project „Teens for sustainble peace“(until May 2019) and as a project coordinator of the project „American drama corner Bratunac“.

Trainer: Ms. Marija Krsmanović

German language teacher of SuperU courses

Marija Krsmanović is a German language teacher. She graduated from Faculty of Philosophy at the University of East Sarajevo. She gained working experience by working at Glossa – center for German language in Zvornik. She is currently employed in primary school „Prva osnovna škola Srebrenica“, Secondary School in Srebrenica and she runs German language courses for children and adults in SuperU NGO.

Snezana Molnar

Trainer: Ms. Snežana Molnar Jokić

A certified trainer of Nonviolent communication

Snežana Molnar Jokić, a certified trainer of Nonviolent communication according to Marshall Rosenberg’s method, a co-founder of Nonviolent communication network in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Snežana found out about nonviolent communication in 1996 when she attended nonviolent communication trainings in the kindergarten in Uzice where she worked as a kindergarten teacher. For the next 15 years, she has continued her work on implementing this method through her work with children in kindergarten, as well as with parents and collegues.

In 2011, she started continuous education in nonviolent communication according to Marshall Rosenberg’s method by participating in various seminars and trainings for trainers organized by certified trainers from CNVC community.

In 2011 she also started her trainer’s mission in BiH, organizing seminars for children and youth in Fakovići, Tuzla and Bratunac.

From that year, her work has been supported by EIRENE from Netherlands, Pharos from Sarajevo and from 2016, DACH from Germany. She participated in IIT in Salzburg in 2018.

2018-2019, Snezana led nonviolent communication trainings within the project „Teenagers for sustainable peace“ implemented by SuperU and financed by the U.S. Embassy in BiH.
